An insider added: "Ashley has always had a crush on Reeve and he finally was into it." The 28-year-old actor is currently starring in the stage production Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark.

Considering Jay raked in $63 million in 2010, we're finding it hard to believe that he would even blink at Brooklyn real estate prices. Yet when asked whether he ever plans to move back to his old borough, Jay laughed, "I have been thinking about it, but the prices over there are really high. It's not like before!"
